The proprietor of this firm Mr. Hanumantha Rao Vedula who is a Post Graduate in Personal Management was earlier associated with various construction firms and earned rich experience. Subsequently, promoted his own firm in 2012 and executed various projects in Visakhapatnam.

Now, Srikar Sai Builders is a very renowned brand in construction activity today. It will not be an exaggeration to say that we are the best builders in Vizag. We develop properties in various locations of Visakhapatnam on sharing basis and deliver the project within the scheduled time with utmost Quality and sophisticated finishes. How We Do

We finalize the deal with the land owner and enter into the Joint Development agreement with mutually agreed terms and conditions and start the process. Our accountability will starts once the agreement is over. We prepare the bar charts and accordingly we complete the various stages of construction and maintain good rapport with land owners and architectural team, structural engineering team, Municipal Authorities and various departments. Our architectural team designs various options according to the availability of land and market conditions. We also prioritize the initial study of soil condition in the proposed site and Andhra University (Civil Engineering department) shall analyze the soil condition in the proposed site and prepares the report. Based on the report our structural engineering team will design the structure with overall co-ordination with architect and builder.

Our Delivery Outcome

Once the agreement is over the schedule starts and each and every day is precious. We need to focus on Working Plans and Financial Plans & Marketing Plans. Since time is the essence of the contract, we will complete the project as per Schedule.

Measurement Studies

We use the latest measurement equipment to design the project. An initial study of the site with a total station survey and use other latest survey equipments which yields good results and accuracy.

Final Planning

Once the Joint Agreement process is completed, we start with soil investigation, survey etc. Accordingly we prepare the plans to suit the local market conditions and the requirement of land owners. We shall always keep in mind the customer need and their priorities, future expansions and the usage of space etc.
