We do follow our own way while starting any construction. Whatever the type of project is, we follow same strategy.
- First we do Bhoomi Pooja which we believe as a tradition in our Telugu states.
- Then a Bore Well is drilled into the earth for retrieving of water.
- Marking of project on the ground will be done.
- Plain Cement Concrete(P.C.C) will be laid in the pits.
- Later Plinth Beam is constructed between the columns.
- Then Slab construction will be done according to the plan given by the architecture and structural engineer team. The number of slabs depends on the type of project we take over.
- Finally Brick Work plastering and other remaining works will be done and we will make it available for the respective customers to take over their home.
