In our 9 years of experience, we came across many challenges, difficulties, and obstacles that improved our strengths which helped us to be in this stage right now.
Padmalayam:
We named our first project as Padmalayam located in Krishna Nagar, Visakhapatnam. It is a Residential Apartment. We took over this project in the month of March,2012 and completed within the span of 13 months.
Narayaneeyam:
Next we went on to construct our another project in the year 2013 which we named as Narayaneeyam which is located at East Point Colony, Visakhapatnam. It is also a Residential Apartment. We completed this project in 12 months.
Laxmi Ramaneeyam:
This is our third project in the the year 2014. We named it as Laxmi Ramaneeyam which is located near Sankara Matham, Visakhapatnam. We completed this project successfully within 12 months.
Sai Nandanam:
We took over this project in 2015. It is located in Official Colony, Visakhapatnam. This project took 15 months to handover to our client.
Shivam:
This is one of the prestigious project we took over. With a lot of responsibility, we took this project in 2017. It is located in LawsonBay Colony, Visakhapatnam. It took 14 complete months to complete this project before we handover this to our client.
Advaita Kuteeram:
It is also one of our prestigious project. We took this project in 2018. It took 15 months to complete this Residential Apartment. Recently we handover this project to our client. It is located in Sitammadhara, Visakhapatnam.
